To request a cancellation or reissue, travelers must contact GoYara at least 48 hours prior to the travel date. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge, subject to the airline's regulations.
Travelers can cancel or reissue their bookings by reaching out to GoYara via phone at +88 01715 302662 or through Messenger at m.me/GoYara. Our dedicated team will promptly initiate the process and assist customers through email communication.
In case of any changes, including cancellations or reissues, a Cancellation fee or reissue fee, along with a Standard service charge, may apply, in accordance with the airline's policy. Please note that the Cancellation fee and reissue fee are determined by the airlines and are subject to change.
GoYara ensures transparency by not imposing any additional service charge beyond the fees quoted by the airlines. For customers opting for the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the total payable amount.
If eligible for a refund, it will be initiated after a successful cancellation. The refund will be processed using the same payment channel that the traveler used for the original transaction. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the account will vary based on the payment channel, ranging from one to five working days.
Hotel
GoYara adheres to the cancellation policy set by each property.
To cancel a booking, travelers must access their reservation details under 'My booking' and proceed with the cancellation confirmation.
Depending on the property and the timing of the cancellation, a cancellation fee may be applicable.
Please note that date changes are not possible for hotel bookings. If travelers wish to change their stay dates, they must cancel the existing booking and make a new reservation with the updated dates.
Bookings for black-out dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
